Log into your Epic Cycles account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective padding for bicycle components is properly re-applied.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
