Do my bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a multi-tool and a step-by-step guide with every order.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of wear.
How do I determine the right frame size for me?
Each product page features a detailed size chart based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for better stability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Epic Cycles ships to over 50 countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All Epic Cycles frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
